How does the 7 day free trial work?
Our 7-day free trial gives you a chance to try Ninja Number's virtual phone number to make sure it will fit your needs. If you cancel your free trial within 7 days of activation, your credit card will not be charged. After 7 days, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the subscription you chose when you signed up.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Ninja Number bills on a monthly basis, so you pay as you go. We don’t require any long-term contracts or commitments. If you decide to cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but won’t be billed again.
Can I transfer my existing number to Ninja Number?
Yes! If you have an existing phone number that you’d like to port to our virtual phone service, we can do that. Please contact us so we can help you port your number.
Do you offer vanity and custom phone numbers?
Yes! We’ll be happy to help you find the custom number you need. Let us know what number you are interested in and our support team will check the database to see if its available. Simply contact support and we can check for you!
Can I make international phone calls with my number?
Unfortunately, Ninja Number doesn’t support international phone calls.
